Sessions are available in-person and via telehealth. 
All services are parent based training curriculums
No child only services are available
Mainly serve neurodivergent population but some exceptions will be considered
Ages 0-17

Behavioral Consultations/Intake: 2 hour consultations/Intake to provide recommendations and referrals broken into two sessions
​Family and Individual Therapy: Patient and/or Parent(s): 45-50 minute therapy sessions with parents or parents and children
Telehealth Sessions: 45-50 minute therapy sessions via videoconferencing with parents or parents and children
Telephone or On-site Consultation: Consultation with schools, providers, and physicians
Observations/Behavioral Assessments: Observations and behavioral assessments conducted at school, home, or during community events. This is for current patients only.
Lectures/Seminars/Workshops: Dr. Berquist is available to give lectures, seminars or workshops in the community, universities, or agencies


All services are due to availability and in office sessions are only on Tuesdays or Thursdays.
